Problems with the Mobile App after changing SAU Login screen

If the steps below do not correct the login issue with the blackboard mobile app,  you will need to uninstall and re-install the blackboard mobile app.

Symptoms:  New SAU login screen is not displayed in Mobile App even after reselecting “Southern  Arkansas University” for the school.

Cause:

Blackboard Mobile Web Services Building Block Server Registration Settings details are cached in the Blackboard app and Blackboard Instructor app on end-user devices.

Resolution/Workaround:

• Log out of the Blackboard app or Blackboard Instructor app.
• On the institution search page, clear the search field.

• Search for the SAU BlackBoard Mobile school using the SAU public registration ID number    12B9XX

The search is case sensitive and should find  "SAU Southern Arkansas University"  

Accept all the questions from the site and you should be back to using the Mobile formatted version of the App.
